Before bed

Do the Financial Reality Check on page 3. Write down exactly what's coming in and exactly what's going out right now, no rounding up, no guessing. This is the number you're resetting from.

Tomorrow morning

Begin Day 1. Open your 21-Day Progress Tracker on page 22 and mark today's date. Then start your Monthly Budget Planner on page 6 using the numbers you wrote down tonight. That's the whole job for tomorrow, nothing more.

I won't pretend this workbook does the work for you. What changed my life wasn't the paper, it was showing up with it every single day, even on the days I didn't feel like it.
